Buttermilk is a byproduct made from creating fresh butter. Fresh buttermilk is sweet enough to drink, but within a week the product will start to ferment and thicken into the perfect ingredient to bake with!
A one-time jar deposit of $5.00 per jar is required or you can bring a quart Mason jar with lid in lieu of the jar deposit.
