Twisted Oak Farm raises a small, but growing herd of pasture-raised black Angus cattle. Our butcher steers are raised and finished on pasture grass, fresh spent grain provided by a local brewery, and local produce including apples and pears grown on the farm. Due to the size of our herd, our beef is not always available, but herd-share members will be able to add their names to the pre-order list for whole and half meat-share lots. In addition, we will work with you on specialty-requested items.
