Nellie, aka Nellie Moo Cow, aka Nellie Bean, is a Belfair (1/2 Jersey, 1/2 Dexter) purchased in July 2022 and raised as a bottle baby. Nellie produces around 3 gallons a day.

Abby is a purebred Jersey purchased in September 2024. Abby came to Twisted Oak from another Dairy Farm and has integrated well into the herd. Abby produces around 4 gallons a day.
