Asiago cheese has a nutty, creamy flavor with a mild sharpness that complements vegetables and meats. It’s similar to Parmesan cheese, but with a nuttier and creamier taste.

Asiago is a semi-hard cow’s milk cheese that originated in Italy, but here on the Farm we like to bring out the aromatic earthy flavors with dried floral rosemary picked from the garden.  Depending on the age of the cheese, Asiago will range from a creamy, nutty flavor to a sharper crumblier cheese the longer it ages. Flavors include Rosemary, Italian Herb, and Everything Basil
