Brie cheese has a rich, buttery, and mild taste with a creamy texture, often described as “melt-in-your-mouth”; its flavor profile includes subtle hints of nuts, grass, and mushrooms, with the rind adding a slightly tangy, earthy element, becoming more pronounced as the cheese ages; overall, it’s known for its smooth, mellow character and luxurious feel.
Pure ambrosia fit for a god or goddess
Triple Crème Brie is quite literally crafted for luxury. The soft, velvety cream hits the pallet with flavors of sweet milk and subtle hints of mushroom earthiness along the rind. When cut, they ooze with creamy, rich goodness that pairs well with fruit, preserves, and of course – wine. Bloomy rind cheese takes around 4 weeks to make and depending on the pallet can be eaten at that time or aged to taste.
Currently, no inventory is on hand, but pre-orders are available.
