Farm Fresh Milk Share - Gallon Dairy Share
Weekly milk shares are not available - to sign up for a waitlist, complete the Contact Us Form Farm Fresh Milk is collected and scheduled to be picked up on the agreed-upon day. A one-time jar deposit of $5.00 per jar (2 jars = $10.00) is required or you can bring 2 – 1/2 gallon Mason Jar with plastic lids in lieu of the jar deposit. Weekly Herd Shares can be paid monthly on the first pick up day of the month or weekly and can be canceled with written notice.

Fresh Cream - Quart
Fresh heavy cream is both hand-skimmed and processed through a cream separator. Available on a first come first serve basis as supply allows. A one-time jar deposit of $5.00 per jar is required or you can bring a quart Mason jar with a lid in lieu of the jar deposit.
Churned Butter - 1/2 Lb
Fresh butter is made weekly from hand-skimmed cream as supply allows. It takes one gallon of cream to make 2 to 2.5 lbs of butter. The cream is then whipped until the fats separate from the buttermilk and then is washed in ice-cold water. The butter is then kneaded to expel as much water and buttermilk to ensure a clean taste. Located within the freezer section, salted and unsalted butter is available. Packages are sold in 1/2 lb rolled logs.
Fresh Buttermilk - Quart
Buttermilk is a byproduct made from creating fresh butter. Fresh buttermilk is sweet enough to drink, but within a week the product will start to ferment and thicken into the perfect ingredient to bake with! A one-time jar deposit of $5.00 per jar is required or you can bring a quart Mason jar with lid in lieu of the jar deposit.
Greek Yogurt - Quart
Thick Greek yogurt that is made fresh weekly. Full fat, fresh homemade yogurt is full of bio-available nutrition, healthy probiotics, and fatty acids. As is the case with so much of our food, the closer to the actual source you can get, the better off you are. Wanna make Yogurt from Home? Its EASY!! I recommend the Taste Better From Scratch Insta-pot Recipe. One gallon of fresh raw milk, two days start to finish, and you will make the best GUT HEALTHY yogurt your family will go crazy for! For added flavor, you can add fresh honey, berries from a local farm, or the best Grain Free Granola.
Appenzeller
Scheduled Release - February 2025
Appenzeller cheese has a nutty flavor with a hint of herbal spiciness and can range from mild to tangy depending on how long it's aged. The cheese's flavor profile is also influenced by the brine it's cured in, which is made with a secret blend of herbs, roots, leaves, petals, seeds, and rinds.
